Mech and Minions annouinced by Devir in spanish 2027

Mechs vs. Minions is returning for its tenth anniversary, with Incredible Dream working alongside Riot Games on two editions and an optional miniatures set. First published in 2016, the cooperative game set in League of Legends is getting another opportunity to reach players who missed its original release.

The choice now extends beyond finding a copy. Classic Edition and Bandle City Edition share the same campaign, but approach its physical production differently. For anyone considering the game, the useful question is what each box brings to the table.

Programming a mech and watching the plan unfold

Mechs vs. Minions is a cooperative game for 2 to 4 players, with ten campaign missions lasting around 60 to 90 minutes each. Rumble invites Heimerdinger, Tristana, Corki and Ziggs to his school, where a minion threat soon gives the inventors a reason to work together.

Its central mechanism is action programming. Players draft cards from a shared pool and arrange the commands their machines will execute. Your mech’s movement needs to make sense alongside everyone else’s plans.

That creates an appealing gap between discussing a plan and watching it unfold. If you enjoy cooperative puzzles built around coordinating with your friends, the programming system gives you a reason to look beyond the familiar characters.

Classic vs. Bandle City: the same campaign in different components

Both editions contain the same rules, cards and ten missions. Bandle City provides the complete campaign, so choosing the smaller box does not mean giving up scenarios.

Classic Edition retains painted mech miniatures, 100 minion miniatures and metal coins. Bandle City Edition replaces the mechs with acrylic standees and the minions with cardboard tokens. Its box measures approximately 30 × 30 × 12 cm, compared with Classic’s 51 × 34 × 12 cm.

The optional Unpainted Miniatures Set contains four primed mech miniatures, ready to paint and compatible with either edition. It offers a way to personalise the machines, but does not include the hundred minions or replace a copy of the game.

What changes for returning players?

According to Incredible Dream, the reissue preserves the original gameplay, with rules wording clarified rather than redesigned. Both editions also include twelve skin cards and ten printed solo puzzles previously shared by the community.

These additions should help existing owners judge the release in proportion. The campaign remains familiar: the main reasons to consider another copy are its presentation, format or those printed extras.

For newcomers, Bandle City’s more affordable positioning makes the programming system easier to consider on its own merits. You can decide how much the miniatures matter to you without choosing between different campaigns.

When is the international release?

Incredible Dream currently lists retail availability beginning in November 2026. Its direct presale shipping targets are separate: by 31 December 2026 for US orders and 31 January 2027 for EU orders, subject to logistics.

Those targets should not be treated as a simultaneous worldwide launch. Local availability depends on regional partners; Devir has announced the Spanish-language release for the first quarter of 2027.

Classic is described as a limited commemorative run, making its availability worth checking locally. International readers should use their regional release information when planning a purchase.

Our thoughts

We like the decision to offer the complete campaign in two physical formats. Classic preserves the appeal of a table crowded with miniatures, while Bandle City gives players a more compact way into the same game. Budget, storage space and enjoyment of the components can guide that choice.

What draws us to the design is the combination of shared planning and programmed consequences. There is plenty of room for memorable moments when everyone agrees on a sequence, sets their machines going and discovers which detail they overlooked.
